How to use an air fryer?

Using an air fryer is super easy. First of all, always clean the basket before using it. This allows the hot air to circulate through the food. It makes noise while working, it’s the fan whirring. It cooks food really fast. This is one of the best attributes of a fryer. The less food in the basket requires less time while more food requires more time.

Once the air fryer gets very hot turn food and the basket, allow the hot air to release. And let the food cook in medium heat air avoid the food dark and overcook.  There are some tips and tricks you need to know about an air fryer.

  • Shake the food 

It’s very important to shake the food while frying to cook evenly. Fries and thin meat steaks can compress. Shaking them after every 5 to 10 minutes is good for the best results.

Put the food into a small amount leaving the space in the basket, so the hot air can circulate easily.  

  • Spray oil

A convection oven is a big-sized oven than an air fryer having some trays. The convection oven has a fan and exhaust system which makes it different from other basic oven. The fan  helps to blow hot air around the food and food cooks quickly and evenly.

A convection oven can also have a 3rd heating system, true convection that helps to cook food faster. Another benefit of a convection oven is that it didn’t stay moist because of the fan. It helps the food to become crispy from the outside and stay juicy from the inside.

Most of the conventional ovens have the setting to turn on the fan, exhaust system, and conventional mode. While turning on the conventional mode you are taking real advantage of the convection oven.
